THE ASK
Craft an immersive event celebrating the end of year holidays in an innovative and thoughtful execution.
THE IDEA
“Chill to Thrill” Consisting of 2 levels, the venue first welcomed guests on the top floor in a true Winter Wonderland theme, to then open up the second floor to reveal a Studio 56 inspired Disco Dancefloor and hangout.

Live Note & Image Projection System
I offered to implement a live note projection system to bring guests closer together and fit into the theme of the event. Brand ambassadors strolled around the venue with iPads collecting notes that I would then comb through and implement into a tailor-built system, allowing me to project them instantly on Hall des Lumières’s oversize screen for everyone to see. When notes weren’t projected, images of the guests as they were being taken live were projected instead.
Sparkle, Holiday Bouquet & Glam Stations
Inspired by Yayoy Kusama’s exhibitions, this immersive Vault was designed to immerse guests into a disco-themed room to make them feel as though they are trapped in a disco ball fantasy. Reflective chrome balloons were added to increase the reflection and multiply the effect.
Infinity Mirror Vault Digital Design
Guests were offered the possibility to add a touch of sparkle to their outfit and create their own mini Ikebanas to take home. I carefully chose every material used for the bouquets and designed signage for each station.
